Tom Brady Set To Play In 300th Game
4 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady will play in his 300th career NFL game in Week 16 against the Lions on Saturday in the very same NFL city where he made his NFL debut back in 2000. Counting the postseason, Brady will be playing in his 341st career game. He'll become only the 12th player in history to play in 300 games, and just the third non-kicker to do it. If Brady plays next season at the age of 44, he'll have played in the most games of any non-kicker. Jerry Rice and Brett Favre both played in 303 regular season games. "I'm very blessed to be 43 years old and still doing it," Brady said. The future Hall of Famer is also blessed to be facing a Lions Defense that will be without several of their coaches this weekend due to COVID-19. They also allow the fifth-most fantasy points per game to QBs this year, so Brady will be a low-end QB1 with upside for more this weekend.
