No Practice For Robert Woods
4 years agoLos Angeles Rams wide receiver Robert Woods (thigh) was a non-participant at practice on Wednesday. Fantasy managers will want to keep a close eye on Woods' practice status the rest of the week, as he'll be a must-start wideout with obvious WR1 upside this weekend against the winless Jets and their woeful defense if he's able to play. Woods had only 32 receiving yards in the Week 14 win over the Patriots last Thursday, but he was targeted a team-high eight times and has been one of the more consistent WR2 plays with a typically safe floor. If for some reason Woods cannot play this weekend, Cooper Kupp would have high-end WR1 upside, while Josh Reynolds would also become a pretty attractive WR3/flex. Rookie Van Jefferson would be in on three-receiver sets. Tight end Tyler Higbee would also have some TE1 appeal.
