Drew Lock Can't Be Trusted In Week 14
4 years agoDenver Broncos quarterback Drew Lock (back) was on the injury report this week, but he practiced in full on Thursday and Friday and is good to go for Week 14 against the Panthers. By this point, fantasy managers should know by now that they can't trust Lock as anything more than a low-end QB2 in superflex leagues. The second-year signal-caller has thrown at least one interception in seven straight games and has completed just 55.4 percent of his passes. For the Denver offense to be successful, they have been leaning on their ground game and avoiding making Lock do too much, especially downfield. Carolina's defense has allowed the fifth-most fantasy points per game the last five weeks, including 10 touchdown passes, but floor is just too low to trust.
