Mike Evans Good To Go For Sunday
4 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians said that wide receiver Mike Evans (hamstring) had a hamstring scare earlier in the week but that the wideout will be good to go for Week 14 against the Vikings after he returned to practice on Friday. Evans has been seeing slightly more targets over the last three weeks and he remains quarterback Tom Brady's favorite red-zone target, making him a solid WR2 with touchdown upside this weekend against a Vikings Defense that has been gashed by the position with regularity this year. Minnesota has allowed the second-most fantasy points per game to pass-catchers, including 19 total touchdowns (second-most in the NFL). The 27-year-old is one touchdown shy of matching his career high of 12 with four games remaining in the regular season.
