4 years agoReturning to action after over a year layoff due to a failed substance test, John Allan dropped a close split decision (30-27, 29-28, 29-28) to the undefeated Roman Dolidze on Saturday. Statistically, Allan landed 29 significant strikes (48 total strikes) in the 15 minutes of action. He also gave up three costly takedowns, which may have been the deciding factors to the judges in their scoring. The 27-year-old Brazilian can still provide fantasy value, depending on his matchups.--Matt Bricker
