4 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert remains a strong TE1 fantasy option despite the expected return of Zach Ertz (ankle) this week. Goedert may see a slight dip in targets with Ertz back, but the Eagles run their passing game through their tight ends, and if Richard Rodgers was able to carve out a significant role, then Ertz and Goedert both should be able to put up plenty of fantasy points together. The Packers have allowed the seventh-most yards per target to opposing tight ends, so in a game that the Eagles are 10-point underdogs, they may need to exploit that part of the Packers Defense to even have a chance. The bad quarterback play from Carson Wentz has somehow not hurt Goedert as much as it has all of the other Eagles on offense.
