Boston Scott Seeing The Field More Often
4 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Boston Scott has been seeing the field a bit more often lately despite the return of Miles Sanders. Scott has run just four fewer pass routes than Sanders in the past two weeks, and seems to be working his way into a fairly consistent third down/catch up mode role. Negative game script certainly seems to favor Scott's playing time, and the Eagles are sure to have plenty of that with the way their offense has looked this season. Still, Scott physically being on the field more hasn't yet translated to much value, as he's combined for just 20 total touches in the last three games. He's certainly worth having on a fantasy roster, but starting him remains a risky, low-floor option, even with an excellent matchup against the Green Bay Packers, who allow opposing running backs to score fantasy points at will.
