4 years agoMinnesota Vikings running back Dalvin Cook (groin) expects to return to action in Week 8 against the Packers. Cook was injured in Week 5 and missed the Week 6 contest before the team's Week 7 bye. He was listed as a limited practice participant on Wednesday, which is a good sign, but his fantasy managers would like to see him get in a full practice either Thursday or Friday before they'll feel completely comfortable locking him into their lineups as a high-end RB1 this Sunday. The 25-year-old was leading the NFL in rushing yards before his groin injury and he rushed for 50 yards and two touchdowns in the season-opening loss to Green Bay.
