Lamar Jackson Not Happy With Passing Offense
4 years agoBaltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson has voiced his frustration with the team's passing offense despite a 3-1 start to the season. "I feel like there are a lot of yards and touchdowns we've been leaving on the field when we don't connect. That's probably why our passing isn't where it's supposed to be. But I feel it's early in the season," Jackson said. Baltimore ranks 31st in the league in passing (180.8 yards a game) through four weeks, and no reigning MVP QB has finished lower than 27th in passing. Jackson has completed just five of 16 passes (31.3 percent) of throws that have traveled at least 20 yards, which ranks 26th in the NFL. His rushing has also declined slightly through the quarter mark, but he remains a top-five fantasy signal-caller and is a must-start in Week 5 against the Bengals.
