Jets Release Kalen Ballage
4 years agoThe New York Jets released running back Kalen Ballage on Monday. Even with Le'Veon Bell on Injured Reserve, the Jets rarely used Ballage. The former Dolphin carried the ball just three times for 13 yards and caught nine of his 10 targets in the passing game for 67 yards in three games. New York will continue to use the veteran Frank Gore as their primary rusher with Bell sidelined, with rookie La'Mical Perine sprinkled in. Gore is only worth flex consideration in leagues with more than 12 teams in the Jets dysfunctional offense.
