New Orleans has already allowed the fifth-most fantasy points per game to opposing signal-callers, which makes Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford a trendy pick this weekend as a QB1 sleeper, especially since he just got No. 1 receiver Kenny Golladay back from injury last week.
