Tyron Smith On Track To Play Against Browns
4 years agoDallas Cowboys left tackle Tyron Smith (neck) is "on track to play" in Week 4 against the Browns, according to head coach Mike McCarthy. "He did everything yesterday," McCarthy added. "I think we're definitely heading in the direction of him playing on Sunday." Smith has missed the last two games with a neck injury that popped up ahead of Week 2. Despite a beat up offensive line, the Cowboys have allowed just six sacks in three games, and they've produced the league's top offense at 490.7 yards per game. They rank eighth in points per game with a 29.3 average. Getting Smith back is great news for quarterback Dak Prescott, who will once again be a high-end QB1 this weekend.
