Sixto Sanchez Struggles Again On Wednesday
4 years agoMiami Marlins rookie starting pitcher Sixto Sanchez struggled again on Wednesday, lasting just three innings while allowing four runs on four hits and four walks. He struck out two and tossed 75 pitches (44 strikes). Sanchez was electric and unhittable in his first few starts, but the league has certainly caught up to him quickly in his past two starts. His next start will likely be in the playoffs if the Marlins can make it there, so he'll need to make some quick adjustments. Sixto's ERA has gone up to 3.46.
