4 years agoSan Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle (knee) will not practice this week because of his knee injury, but the Niners remain hopeful that he will play in Week 2 against the Jets. Kittle is battling a sprained knee, but as of right now, fantasy managers should expect him to be out there this Sunday. It's definitely something to watch for the elite tight end, though. Kittle had four catches on five targets for 44 yards in the season-opening loss to the Cardinals, which is a very below-average game for his standards. Gang Green was one of the better defenses against opposing tight ends in 2019. Kittle remains a top-tier, must-start fantasy tight end as long as he's active. If for some reason he doesn't play, Jordan Reed and Ross Dwelley would battle for playing time at the position.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
