4 years agoDenver Broncos running back Phillip Lindsay (toe) is dealing with turf toe that the team hopes is "mild," according to a source. His status will be in question for Week 2 against the Steelers, so keep a close eye on his practice participation this week leading up to the game. Lindsay had seven carries for 24 yards and caught his one target for 11 yards, but he didn't play at all in the second half in the 16-14 loss to the Titans on Monday. When healthy, he's an RB3/flex option while splitting the workload with Melvin Gordon III, but he seems very questionable for Week 2 against the Steelers. If he can't go, Royce Freeman would be the primary backup to Gordon in a very tough matchup.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
