Jerry Jeudy Hurt By Drops In NFL Debut
4 years agoDenver Broncos first-round rookie wide receiver Jerry Jeudy finished his NFL debut on Monday night in the 16-14 loss to the Titans with four catches on eight targets for 56 yards. The rookie was hurt by a couple big drops on third down in this one, but his precision route-running was on full display, creating plenty of separation off the line of scrimmage. The smooth-footed receiver has a very bright future and could be more productive when No. 1 receiver Courtland Sutton (shoulder) returns, possibly as soon as Week 2. Fantasy owners should consider the Alabama product a WR4/flex on Sunday against a tough Steelers Defense, regardless of whether Sutton is active.
