4 years agoChicago Bears running back David Montgomery (groin), wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson (knee), wide receiver Javon Wims (Achilles) and linebacker Khalil Mack (knee) are all questionable for Week 1 against the Lions. Montgomery has practiced in full the last two days, however, so it sounds as though he'll be active in the season opener. If he's less than 100 percent, though, the Bears could ease him into the lead-back workload, which makes him a risky RB3/flex against a questionable Detroit defense. Tarik Cohen has more flex appeal in PPR leagues with Montgomery nursing an injury. Patterson is essentially a gadget player/special teams guy with Chicago, leaving him a very low fantasy ceiling. Ignore him this weekend. Mack has been limited all week, suggesting he'll play.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
