K.J. Hamler Highly Questionable For Week 1
4 years agoDenver Broncos rookie wide receiver K.J. Hamler (hamstring) was expected to increase his practice workload on Wednesday, but he is deemed "highly questionable" to play on Monday night against the Titans, according to head coach Vic Fangio. Linebacker Mark Barron (hamstring), who was injured last Friday, is also highly questionable. Hamler is very quick and can make big plays when the ball is in his hands, but he's unlikely to see a ton of targets in his rookie season behind both Courtland Sutton and first-rounder Jerry Jeudy. His injury further cements the fact that Hamler should be avoided in fantasy lineups to open the season. If he's inactive, DaeSean Hamilton and Tim Patrick will battle for No. 3 duties.
