4 years agoLas Vegas Raiders rookie first-round wide receiver Henry Ruggs III is set to be matched up against Panthers cornerback Donte Jackson in Week 1 on Sunday. Ruggs is one of the fastest players in the NFL at his position (4.27-second 40-yard dash), but Jackson ran an impressive 4.32-second 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine. It should be a track meet on Sunday in what will be a matchup to watch. With Ruggs set to work out of the slot early in the season, he could see even more targets from quarterback Derek Carr, and he has the speed necessary to turn any play into a home run. But Ruggs will have his hands full with Jackson, making him more of a boom/bust WR4/flex in his first NFL game.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
