Seahawks Re-Sign Josh Gordon
4 years agoThe Seattle Seahawks officially re-signed wide receiver Josh Gordon on Thursday, according to his agent David Canter. Gordon is in the process of being reinstated back into the league after appearing in five games with the Seahawks and six with the Patriots in 2019. He finished last year with 27 receptions (47 targets) for 426 yards and one touchdown. Gordon is still just 29 years old, but he's extremely risky because of all of his recurring off-the-field issues. There's still intrigue with him in Seattle while connecting with quarterback Russell Wilson, but his fantasy upside will be limited behind D.K. Metcalf, Tyler Lockett and Phillip Dorsett II. You can probably leave Gordon to the waiver wire in standard-size leagues, but keep him on your watch list.
