K.J. Hamler To Miss A Couple Of Weeks
4 years agoDenver Broncos second-round rookie wide receiver K.J. Hamler (hamstring) will miss a couple of weeks with a hamstring injury. In an already truncated offseason due to COVID-19, this injury will set Hamler back and make it hard for him to get up to speed in the offense without any preseason games. Even if the 21-year-old is ready for Week 1, he may not be a realistic fantasy option until much later in the season, if at all. When healthy, Hamler might only be the fifth-best option in Denver's passing game behind Courtland Sutton, Jerry Jeudy, Noah Fant and Melvin Gordon III. Hamler is versatile and fast, but he might only be good for a handful of big plays in his rookie season.
