Juan Soto Has One Negative Test
4 years agoWashington Nationals outfielder Juan Soto has received one negative test for COVID-19 after being put on the injured list last Thursday. There's no minimum stay on the COVID-19 injured list, but he'll need another negative test within 24 hours to return to play. Manager Dave Martinez said that Soto is feeling fine and trying to stay in shape for a quick return. Michael A. Taylor received the start in place of Soto in the outfield again on Monday for the series opener against the Blue Jays. Soto is one of the best all-around young players in the game and will be a must-start in all fantasy leagues once he makes his 2020 season debut. It sounds like that debut could come later this week or weekend.
