4 years agoChicago Cubs closer Craig Kimbrel struggled Monday versus the Reds. Kimbrel only recorded one out and walked four Reds and also hit a batter while allowing two runs. Kimbrel is coming off of his worst season in 2019 and his 2020 debut didn’t help his cause. Prior to 2019, Kimbrel was one of the most dominant closers and fantasy owners can only hope that brighter days are ahead for the former All-Star. If Kimbrel were to lose his job, Jeremy Jeffress would like be the first man up for the Cubs.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
