4 years agoThe Las Vegas Raiders agreed to a deal worth $16.67 million over four years with their first-round pick (12th overall), wide receiver Henry Ruggs III, on Tuesday. Ruggs was the first receiver off the board in a stacked class this year after showing elite athleticism at the NFL combine in February. The speed demon was a human highlight reel with Alabama and will immediately be a home run threat for fantasy owners in his rookie campaign. Ruggs suffered a wound on his thigh while moving furniture in early June, which caused him to use crutches, but it's not a serious injury and he should be ready for training camp.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
