Josh Allen, Stefon Diggs Working On Chemistry
5 years agoBuffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen and new wide receiver Stefon Diggs, who was acquired in a mid-March trade from the Vikings, haven't been able to work together on the field due to the coronavirus restrictions. However, general manager Brandon Beane said the two "have been (video) gaming" as a way to get to know each other better. It's not on-field work, but it could lead to trust between the two that can translate to the football field later this year. The Bills aren't the only team dealing with slow development with new players in new systems, but the chemistry between Allen and his new No. 1 wideout will be something to watch in 2020. Diggs should remain a strong WR2 in his new home as a run-after-the catch threat, but Allen's inconsistency in the passing game could make him a frustrating weekly play for fantasy owners.
