Texans Re-Sign Bradley Roby
5 years agoThe Houston Texans re-signed cornerback Bradley Roby to a three-year, $36 million deal on Sunday, according to sources. Roby played in just 10 games in his first season with the Texans in 2019, but he'll return as the team's best cornerback. They'll need the 27-year-old to be at his best and to stay healthy this season if they want to improve a secondary that was routinely torched by opposing offenses in 2019. Roby finished last season with 38 tackles (35 solo), two interceptions (one for a touchdown), eight passes defensed and one forced fumble. Houston's defense/special teams can probably be left to the waiver wire in most standard leagues to begin the 2020 campaign.
