Anthony Castonzo Signing Two-Year Extension
5 years agoThe Indianapolis Colts are signing left tackle Anthony Castonzo to a two-year, $33 million contract extension on Sunday, according to a source. Castonzo was contemplating retirement this offseason, but he'll be back as the team's starting left tackle. The 31-year-old has never been selected to a Pro Bowl, but he continues to be one of the better left tackles in the league, and he's missed only five games in the last four seasons due to injury. His return is great news for an already strong Indy offensive line, and it's good news for quarterback Jacoby Brissett or whoever the Colts have as their starting signal-caller in 2020.
