Opening Day Delayed Two Weeks
5 years agoWith Major League Baseball officially canceling the rest of spring training due to concerns about the coronavirus, the start of the regular season will be delayed at least two weeks. Thursday will be the final day of spring training action. Fantasy drafts should go on as normal, but it'll be tougher to get a read on players that were already questionable for the start of the regular season before this suspension of play. It could give players some extra time to heal up, and we'll continue to pass along all relevant player news in the meantime.
