5 years agoHouston Texans tight end Jordan Akins was mentioned as a tight end to keep an eye on at the scouting combine last week. Darren Fells is expected to move on in free agency, but the Texans feel that they can get the same kind of production from Akins, if not more. In his second season with Houston, Akins had 36 receptions on 55 targets for 418 yards and two touchdowns. The Texans also have Jordan Thomas in the mix, but Akins might get the first crack as the starter in 2020 and should have some sleeper appeal as a TE2.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
