5 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals pitcher Kwang-Hyun Kim was scratched from his scheduled Grapefruit League start on Monday due to mild groin soreness. He threw a bullpen session instead and is now on track to start one of Thursday's split-squad games. There doesn't seem to be a ton of concern, but the team wanted to be extra cautious and not take any chances in meaningless games. Manager Mike Shildt said, "It's very mild[...]Just want to make complete sure that everything is fine."
