Kareem Hunt Won't Be Charged With Marijuana Possession
5 years agoCleveland Browns running back Kareem Hunt won't be charged with possession of marijuana stemming from a Jan. 21 traffic stop. Cleveland is expected to tender Hunt as a restricted free agent despite him admitting during the traffic stop that he'd likely test positive for marijuana. He was suspended the first eight games of 2019 because of a domestic-violence incident. There is still a chance that the NFL could suspend Hunt because of the possession of marijuana, but it's unlikely. If he returns as the pass-catching back behind Nick Chubb in Cleveland, Hunt will have obvious RB3/flex appeal in PPR leagues.
