5 years agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Brandon Marsh (elbow) suffered a left elbow strain and could be on the shelf for the rest of the spring. The 22-year-old prospect suffered the injury attempting a diving catch in the outfield and his timetable to return is unknown at this time. The Angels were hoping that Marsh could compete for a roster spot this season after slashing .300/.383/.428 with 21 doubles in 96 games at Double-A last season. This setback certainly will stunt his chances of helping out the big league club anytime soon.--Joey C - RotoBaller
