5 years agoHouston Astros third baseman Alex Bregman focused on his mobility in the offseason and came to camp weighing 195 pounds after he weighed in at 215 pounds last year. Typically a slow starter, Bregman is hoping to jump out of the gates quickly in 2020. The 25-year-old (26 in March) hit .296/.423/.592 with 41 home runs, 122 runs scored, 112 RBI and five stolen bases in 2019 on the way to the team's second World Series appearance in the last three seasons. Despite the Astros involvement in stealing signs, the two-time All-Star is one of the best hitters in baseball and is an elite fantasy asset.
