Lane Johnson Ruled Out Against Seahawks
5 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles right tackle Lane Johnson (ankle) has been ruled out for the wild-card game against the Seahawks on Sunday, according to sources. However, Johnson is expected to be ready to play in the Divisional Round next weekend if the Eagles advance. Johnson is one of the best right tackles in football, so his loss is a huge one for an injury depleted Eagles offense. The good news is that tight end Zach Ertz (back, ribs) is cleared to play on Sunday. Miles Sanders (ankle), who may not be 100 percent, needs to be downgraded with Johnson inactive against the Seahawks.
