Jets Will Listen To Le'Veon Bell Offers This Offseason
5 years agoNew York Jets general manager Joe Douglas said that the team will listen to trade offers for running back Le'Veon Bell this offseason if other teams come calling. Head coach Adam Gase has made it crystal clear that he wasn't on board with the team signing Bell before the 2019 season, so a trade could very well be possible. After sitting out all of the 2018 season, the 27-year-old was a huge disappointment for fantasy owners that took him in the first or second rounds. Bell had 245 carries for 789 yards (career-low 3.2 yards per carry) and just three touchdowns. He added 66 receptions for 461 yards and one TD through the air. Bell's best bet for a rebound season in 2020 will be somewhere other than New York.
