5 years agoWashington Redskins running back Chris Thompson (toe) is officially active for Week 13 against the Panthers. With Thompson back in the fold to help catch passes out of the backfield, Wendell Smallwood is a healthy scratch this week. The 29-year-old hasn't played since Oct. 13, so he could also have his snaps limited. In Washington's weak offense, Thompson just cannot be trusted as an RB3/flex in his first game back, especially since he'll also be sharing playing time with both Derrius Guice and Adrian Peterson.
