Adam Thielen's Injury Not A Long-Term Concern
5 years agoMinnesota Vikings wide receiver Adam Thielen's (hamstring) injury is not considered a "long-term" ailment, according to head coach Mike Zimmer. Zimmer said that Thielen was "not rushed back too soon" when he returned in Week 9, only to feel his hamstring grab on the first series of the game. Fantasy owners need to prepare to be without Thielen this Sunday night against the Cowboys, but he could return in Week 11 before the team's Week 12 bye. The Chiefs held Stefon Diggs to just one catch after Thielen left last week, but Diggs has legitimate WR1 upside with Thielen expected to miss another game. Olabisi Johnson and Laquon Treadwell should play in three-receiver sets.
