After a long 11-game slate from Monday, we are back with a short, three-game slate for Tuesday night. Of the six teams playing, the Miami Heat, Atlanta Hawks and Denver Nuggets are all ranked top-10 in the league defensively. We may be in store for a few close games tonight.
In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 10/29/19.
You can also check out today's FanDuel lineup picks. Remember to monitor injury news as the slate can completely change before line-up lock.

DraftKings DFS Guards
Jimmy Butler - SG/SF, MIA v. ATL ($7,700)
Jimmy Butler will finally make his season debut with the Miami Heat after missing the first three games due to family leave. The Hawks are surprisingly one of the better defensive teams in the league currently, but they are giving up the eighth-most fantasy points to opposing guards. Butler has also historically loved playing against Atlanta. Butler has his third-best offensive rating in his career when he plays Atlanta. Miami is also currently third in the league in pace, allowing Butler to have even more opportunities to make his mark early. Butler should be an elite play at his current price tag.
Danny Green - SG/SF, LAL v. MEM ($4,400)
After a historic season opener, Danny Green has cooled off considerably, going just 5-for-18 in his past two games. What better way to get back on track than at home against the Memphis Grizzlies? Memphis currently has the fourth-best pace, the 11th-worst defensive rating and gives up the third-most fantasy points to opposing guards. Because of the poor shooting lately, Green's price tag has also dropped which would give you more flexibility in your lineup.
DraftKings DFS Forwards
LeBron James - PG/SF, LAL v. MEM ($9,700)
LeBron James has been one of the most consistent players to start the season this year and some of that is due to playing with new teammate Anthony Davis. James has also taken the role of point guard and primary facilitator this year with the absence of Rajon Rondo (calf) who is questionable again Tuesday. James is averaging 10.0 assists per game and is always a threat to drop a triple-double. James will also be going against rookie JA Morant who gave up 37 points to Kyrie Irving on Sunday. James is an elite option as always.
Bam Adebayo - PF/C, MIA v. ATL ($7,000)
Bam Adebayo is one of the front runners to win the Most Improved Player award and has made his case so far. Adebayo is currently averaging 40.9 fantasy points per game through the first three games. Now, Adebayo will get to play with new teammate Jimmy Butler who is making his season debut. Butler will take shots away from the starting unit overall, but his play-making ability will likely be a positive for Adebayo who plays mostly off-ball and through pick-and-rolls. The dynamic duo will have plenty of possessions to work out any chemistry issues since Miami ranks third in pace this season.
DraftKings DFS Centers
Kristaps Porzingis - PF/C, DAL @ DEN ($8,200)
On a night with limited options at the center position, give me Kristaps Porzingis in Denver. Porzingis has been unreal now that he has teamed up with with fellow European star Luka Doncic. With his first three games with Dallas in the books, Porzingis is averaging 26.3 points, 5.6 rebounds, 3.0 three-pointers and 2.7 blocks in 30.5 minutes per game. Denver is also giving up the third-most fantasy points to opposing centers. Porzingis is still an elite option at center, even with his play time hovering around the 30-minute mark.
