Chris Carson Powers For 90 Yards And A Touchdown
5 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Chris Carson carried the ball 20 times for 90 yards and punched in a goal-line touchdown against the Atlanta Falcons. Carson ran like someone stole his lunch money, often bouncing off tackles and dragging defenders with him. It was his fifth game this year tallying at least four yards per carry and at least 20 touches. The 25-year-old is the clear workhorse back in Seattle, though backup Rashaad Penny did get eight carries for 55 yards. The Seahawks may have been trying to boost Penny's trade value as rumors have been abound. With or without Penny, Carson will be in the RB1/2 discussion next week against the stingy Tampa Bay Buccaneers run defense.
