5 years agoLos Angeles Chargers running back Melvin Gordon will be active in Week 4 against the Dolphins, but the plan is for him to only be used in an emergency. Gordon can't be trusted in starting lineups until next week, although the Bolts might ease him into the lead-back role. Austin Ekeler should handle as many touches as possible in Miami in what will be the last week that he's LA's workhorse now that Gordon is back in the picture. Expect Troymaine Pope to be Ekeler's direct backup, but he doesn't have much standalone appeal. Ekeler is an elite RB1 this weekend.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
