5 years agoLos Angeles Chargers running back Justin Jackson (calf) landed on the injury report on Thursday and was listed as a limited participant in practice. Jackson should be able to play on Sunday against the Dolphins, but his practice status on Friday will tell us a lot. This will be the last week of Jackson serving as the direct backup to Austin Ekeler now that Melvin Gordon has ended his contract holdout, so this will likely be the last time those that own Jackson will have the opportunity to use him as an RB3/flex with upside. In a game with blowout potential in favor of the Bolts, Jackson could see a heavy workload in the second half, too. After Week 4, Jackson will be third on the running back depth chart and will be dropped in most leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
