5 years agoArizona Diamondbacks infielder Nick Ahmed (finger) has been scratched from the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Miami Marlins. Ahmed suffered a finger injury on Monday and had issues throwing on Tuesday. Ildemaro Vargas will draw the start at shortstop and bat seventh versus lefty Caleb Smith.
