5 years agoSeattle Seahawks wide receiver/running back Xavier Turner was the bell cow in the team's first preseason game against the Broncos, and it's not surprising if most readers have never heard of him. An undrafted rookie signed out of Tarleton State University, Turner is lucky if he's fifth on the depth chart at running back, and nothing he did on Thursday bumped him up. He got the chance to haul the rock 13 times, far more than anyone else, but he only accumulated 42 yards. Fantasy owners can comfortably ignore this as nothing more than Pete Carroll taking a look at a guy who might be able to make the practice squad if everything goes right.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
