5 years agoHideki Matsuyama is in the field for the upcoming Rocket Mortgage Classic. The event will be making its first appearance on the PGA Tour schedule and Matsuyama is one of the few elite players in this week's field. The Japanese superstar has continued to impress with his ball-striking ability in 2019 and ranks fourth on the PGA Tour in strokes gained on approach this season. 'Deki' has struggled horribly with his putter this in the past, but has turned things around on the greens recently by gaining strokes putting in each his last four starts. Matsuyama's world-class talent, ball striking, and improving short game makes him an ultra-elite option in all fantasy formats this week. --Joe Nicely - RotoBaller
