Francisco Lindor Homers In First Rehab Game
6 years agoCleveland Indians shortstop Francisco Lindor (ankle) homered in his first rehab game with Triple-A Columbus on Tuesday. He left the game in the sixth inning and finished the game 2-for-4 with a groundout, single and strikeout. The All-Star shortstop missed all of spring training while dealing with a calf strain and then sprained his ankle rehabbing. Expect Lindor to join the Indians for his season debut later this week or weekend. His fantasy owners are chomping at the bit to get him into their starting lineups.
