6 years agoSan Francisco Giants first baseman Brandon Belt is not in the starting lineup against Padres left-handed starter Nick Margevicius. Buster Posey is at first base and will hit cleanup, while Erik Kratz will do the catching and hit eighth in the lineup. Belt is hitting just .220 (9-for-41) but does have three home runs and eight RBI on the season. He should be useful in mixed leagues in 2019 if he can avoid injuries. Posey is no longer an elite hitter (.212, 7-for-33) and is still searching for his first home run and RBI of the season. However, his matchup on Wednesday against the rookie southpaw is a good place to use him in DFS. Kratz should be avoided.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
