Edwin Encarnacion Comes Alive With Four-RBI Game
6 years agoSeattle Mariners first baseman Edwin Encarnacion woke up his bat in Sunday's contest versus the White Sox. He finished the afternoon going 3-for-5 with two runs scored and four RBI as he hit his second homer of the young season. Encarnacion is now batting .300 on the year and is still proving to be a viable power threat despite his aging career. He missed two games earlier this week with a sore hand but it looks like that is no longer an issue. The M's have a four-game set in Kansas City before a weekend series back home versus the Astros, so it's a full week of games for the club. Encarnacion is rounding into form and owners shouldn't hesitate about putting him in their fantasy lineup.
