6 years agoCleveland Indians outfielder Bradley Zimmer continues to advance in his rehab from right shoulder surgery last July, but he will begin the regular season on the injured list. “[Zimmer] has done a terrific job of rehabbing and things,” manager Terry Francona said. “He’s light years ahead of where we thought he’d be at this time. Now he needs to keep that progression going.” While Zimmer probably doesn't deserve to be drafted in most mixed leagues, he could easily become an early-season waiver wire target if he's healthy. Cleveland's outfield doesn't have many locks and the Tribe could certainly use Zimmer's power/speed combination.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
