Clayton Kershaw In Danger Of Missing Opening Day
6 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Clayton Kershaw (shoulder) is in doubt for Opening Day because of a left shoulder injury. Manager Dave Roberts said Kershaw is making steady progress from inflammation and played catch again on Monday. The left-hander is scheduled to throw again on Tuesday. While Kershaw is still ranked as the No. 6 fantasy starter by RotoBaller, his stock is falling. He'll turn 31 in March and has shown signs of breaking down physically in recent seasons, although his numbers when healthy are still strong. Kershaw will still be an early-round pick as a fantasy ace, but he has more risk than ever.
