Cory Schneider Befuddled By The Visiting Wild
6 years agoNew Jersey Devils goaltender Cory Schneider allowed four goals on 33 shots in Saturday's 4-2 home loss against the Minnesota Wild. Schneider was making his second consecutive starts after a nearly two-month hiatus due to an abdominal ailment. "I think Cory played well," head coach John Hynes said. "I think the fourth goal, we would all like to have that one back. I think when you look at his game overall, he made some good saves and gave us an opportunity to win." It's expect that Keith Kinkaid will make the start in Sunday's game against the visiting Carolina Hurricanes.
